Home Search

We will guide you in searching for accommodations that fulfill your expatriate's needs with our varieties of available properties. To ensure that their needs are met, we will survey through the questionnaire prepared particularly for your expatriate and to identify their needs accordingly.

Lease / Tenancy Agreement

Our experience and professional staffs will negotiate the terms and conditions and advise on other related documentation. We will also arrange for the utility connections, e.g. water/electricity, telephone, internet/streamyx, astro application as well as related services and compile the inventory list. We will provide settling-in-assistance by liaising with the Landlord to move in your expatriate.

Education Search

With the information gained from the questionnaire, we will be able to identify your expatriate's needs. With this we will work out an individual set of services that required by your expatriate. We have in our lists of kindergartens, local and international schools and colleges, as well as the tuition fees and details of school curriculum.

Social and Other Activities

Be it joining any social golf clubs or associations, or familiarization with public transport, shopping complexes, financial institutions, medical facilities or even local places of interest, we are able to assist in every way we can to make their stay as easy and smooth as possible.

Home Management

Your expatriate staff may have secured and settled-in in their new home. You may wish to appoint us to manage their home. As home Manager, we provide the following services:-

(i) We keep track of the lease/tenancy and to renew or negotiate the new lease/tenancy and advise on the new terms and conditions of the agreement.
(ii) We will continue to keep your company and your expatriate inform, during the course of the agreement.
(iii) We look into your expatriate's wants; especially their household needs e.g. household emergency.
(iv) Throughout the terms of the lease/tenancy agreement, we act as "One-Stop" contact point for your expatriate regarding all household maintenance matters, improvement on fair, wear and tear and etc. by liaising with your expatriate and the Landlord.
